Falsely Advertised, RE: Poor Video Quality

It is falsely advertised apps like this one that infuriate me about Apples non-existent App Store refund policy! I downloaded this app because it promises no change in video quality when in fact greatly diminishes the video quality to the point where the output video is indistinguishable from the original! I wish Apple would make it easier to report bogus app developers and get ones money back!
